Be sure to wear comfortable walking shoes (we don’t recommend high heels!) and allow at least 1 ½ hours for walking tours and more time if you would like to visit the SUA Bookstore (closed on weekends) or have lunch at the Soka Bistro ($9.50 for all you can eat including dessert and beverage). The Bistro is open for lunch from 11:30-1:30 during weekdays and offers brunch from 10:30-12:30 on weekends. This is a great place to meet SUA students, staff and faculty. An electric cart for those with disabilities is available with advance reservations specifying that the cart is needed. A cart driver may not be available if you don’t make prior reservations.
*If you can’t come M-F, a special appointment can be made at 10 am or 2 pm on Saturday. Note that college advisors are not available to talk to you on Saturdays and many SUA students may not be on campus. If you choose the Saturday option, please remember that a student tour guide is giving up their Saturday time just for you, so please let us know before 4 pm on Friday if you must cancel for any reason.
