Alliance Program

Requirements:
- GPA - 3.0
Academics
- Students will participate in Track 2 - Intensive Chinese Language program
- Classes are based at Fudan's International Cultural Exchange School (ICES), and all classes are taught exclusively for Alliance students.
Housing
- Students have the opportunity to share an apartment with a Chinese student studying at Fudan.
- Each apartment will house one or two Alliance students in single rooms and one Chinese student, also in a single room.

Shanghai University
Program:SUA Administered Program
Duration:- Spring Semester (Feb - Jul)
- Fall Semester(Jul - Dec)
Requirements:
- GPA - 2.5
Overview
- The Shanghai University is the longest Chinese program offered at SUA (5 months).
- Regular university classes for advanced students only.
- Program suited for highly motivated students since it is less structured.
- Students are required to take 1 hour 15 minutes tutorial sessions for the 5-month term, during which period the student needs to complete a minimum of 12 and maximum of 15 sessions of tutorial.
- Major field trips to Guilin and Beijing.
- Volunteer/internship opportunity available in Shanghai.
Housing
- Students have a choice between living in the Yanchang (downtown) campus or the new campus.
- Single room in the Foreign Students Dormitory in Yanchang campus
- Standard double room in a 3 bedroom flat at the new campus.
