The SUA help desk service provides telephone support during normal business hours*. Technicians are available who can respond to computer or AV problems within the scope of Information Technology responsibilities.

*Normal business hours are: 8 am – 5 pm, (Monday – Friday)

Equipment Loans

The IT department offers loans of technology equipment to assist users and students in their daily activities at SUA. Loan able equipment includes laptops, digital video cameras, voice recorders, projectors and screens, 2-way radios and more.

Audio and Visual Event Support

SUA’s Audio Visual team provides audio and video support for campus events.  The AV team has a wide variety of AV equipment available for staff, faculty and student sponsored events.


SUA provides 48 cable channels to all dormitory rooms and select classrooms. Cable channels include 3 language stations (Japanese, Chinese and Spanish)

Oracle Solutions

Campus Solutions

The Oracle Campus Solutions application is a web-based application that provides for the administration of admission records, registration, grades, student financials and financial aid.


The Oracle Financials application is a web-based application that provides for the administration of purchasing, accounts payable and general ledger.
