Junior/Senior High School Students' Open House
At our Lions Roar Open House we do our best to provide each of you a personalized college experience. For this reason, we invite you to bring two guests only to participate alongside you. A complimentary lunch will be served. Doors open for registration at 8:30am so please allow yourself enough drive time. Learn more and register!
Soka is committed to providing high school students and family members an opportunity to visit and tour our beautiful campus. You are welcome to schedule a prospective student campus tour Monday through Friday at either 10am or 2pm (pending availability). You may register for a date and time up to 3 months in advance.
|JUNIOR SPRING BREAK PROGRAM
Visiting California on your Spring Break?
Then...swing by Soka! Spring break is a great time to visit college campuses. Located within driving distance from many Southern California universities and in the heart of the coastal community of Orange County, only minutes away from Laguna Beach, Soka University can easily be added to your college visit list. Once on campus, you can eat lunch at our Bistro with students, take a campus tour, see our residence halls and decide if Soka University is a place where you can see yourself leading a contributive life. You are welcome to schedule a tour online Monday through Friday at either 10 am or 2 pm.
|MIDDLE AND HIGH SCHOOL GROUP TOURS
Each year many groups: AVID, Gear Up, Talent Search and Upward Bound students visit Soka as one of their first opportunities to experience college life at a small private liberal arts university with students from 40+ countries, an average classroom size of 12, and a student faculty ratio of 8:1. Soka looks forward to welcoming your group (capped at 45 students per visit with lunch in the Bistro. Groups up to 60 may purchase or bring a sack lunch and eat by Peace Lake in front of Founders Hall. The cost of lunch is $7.50 per person.) You are welcome to schedule your student group tour Monday through Friday at 10 am or 2 pm. Please allow a minimum of one week's notice prior to scheduling.
EXPERIENCE SOKA (for Admitted Students Only - takes place in April)
It's YOUR time to Experience Soka! You have worked hard, been accepted and are now invited to experience life at Soka including an overnight stay in our Residence Hall. A schedule of events will be posted. Your Soka family can't wait to meet you! Admitted Undergraduate students will be able to RSVP through the Admitted Student Website.
