South Coast Plaza, the Philharmonic Society of Orange County and Soka University invite the community to a Cherry Blossom Celebration to mark the arrival of spring with an evening of cocktails, hors d-oeuvres and a special koto presentation a little after 7:00 p.m. by two Soka University students.
