Solo Piano Recital

Born in Belfast, where he studied piano, clarinet, cello and organ and also conducted choirs and chamber ensembles, Mr. Douglas is a Gold Medal winner of the Tchaikovsky International Piano Competition, is Artistic Director of the annual Clandeboye International Festival in Northern Ireland, and received the Order of the British Empire in 2002 for services in music.
Program (updated Jan. 3, 2013) will include:
- Beethoven - Sonata No. 25 in G Major, Op. 79
- Schubert - "Wanderer" Fantasy, D. 760
- Brahms - Sonata No. 3 in F minor, Op. 5
