Exhibitor Registration Form

SUA’S 19th Annual International Festival on May 2, 2020 has been cancelled. Exhibitor Registration will open for May 1, 2021 on May 1, 2020. Festival goes on rain or shine!


Exhibitor set-up is Friday, 5:00 p.m. — 7:00 p.m. and Saturday 6:30 a.m. — 9:30 a.m. Set-up times are by location.

Please be unloaded by 9:30 a.m. because we will close exhibitor unloading areas and University Circle at that time and you will have to haul your goods from Parking Lot A if you arrive late. Festival opens at 10:30 a.m. but people arrive early. International attire is encouraged.

All exhibitors agree to remain open until 5:00 p.m. Space comes with a 6' table and two chairs. Please bring your own tablecloth. No canopies larger than 10'x10' are permitted.


The May 2, 2020 International Festival has been cancelled.  Registration for May 1, 2021 will open on May 1, 2020. After submitting this form, you must send a check made out to Soka University by April 1, 2021 to be listed in the program or to sell food.

Reserving a space with 6' table and 2 chairs:

  • $40 for non-profits for May 1, 2021 before March 1, 2021.  $90 after March 1. 
  • $130 for businesses for May 1, 2021 before March 1, 2021.  $180 after March 1.
  • Optional canopy is an additional $35 (you may bring your own 10'x10' or smaller canopy)
  • Optional standard electrical connection is available in limited locations for an additional $35 (bring extension cord)
