Student Leadership Opportunities

Do you have a passion to lead your fellow peers and represent your living community? Previous Residents Councils have negotiated laundry prices, coordinated the naming of the residence halls, established multi-faith room policies, established overnight guest policies, created the respectful hours policy, and developed a balcony and terrace policy proposal.

The Residence Hall Front Offices are staffed by students who have Federal Work-Study awards. Office Assistants’ responsibilities include answering phones, filing and providing strong customer service to students and their families. OAs learn basic administrative and customer relations skills while connecting with other OAs, RAs and on campus residents.
