Overview

Soka University of America is a private, nonprofit, four-year liberal arts college and graduate school located on 103 acres in Aliso Viejo, in south Orange County, California. At Soka University, faculty are active scholars and researchers in their fields, and are advancing the frontiers of knowledge in the sciences, humanities, social sciences, and the creative arts.

Our faculty often collaborate closely with our undergraduate students, who also complete capstone projects of original research in their senior year. Our Graduate School awards a Master of Arts in Educational Leadership and Societal Change, and both the graduate faculty and graduate students are actively conducting research around the world.
