For Parents and Families

Your student discovered Soka. Now you’re doing what any good parent does: asking questions.

What is a liberal arts education? How much does it cost? And what can graduates do with this degree?

At Soka, students earn a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts — a rigorous, interdisciplinary degree with five possible concentrations that prepares them to think critically, act ethically, and contribute to the world in whatever field they pursue. Alumni have gone on to careers in tech, business, diplomacy, education, humanitarian aid, and environmental advocacy, as well as graduate programs in everything from anthropology to chemistry, psychology, and law.

Classes average 12 students. Professors are accessible. The close-knit student body comes from over 40 different nations, united by a passion for making a positive impact in their communities. And the investment is more manageable than you may expect. See how financial aid works.
