Move, swim, lift, play

The Soka Recreation Center is open to all current students, faculty, and staff. Whether you’re training between classes, decompressing after a long week, or trying something new, the facilities are here for it — no team membership required.

What's here

Multiple weight rooms with free weights, machines, and cardio equipment. A gymnasium. An Olympic-size pool. An outdoor track. Tennis courts. Racquetball courts. An aerobics room. Locker rooms and showers. 

Hours 

Monday – Friday: 7am–10pm 
Saturday – Sunday: 11am–5pm

Outdoor adventure

Each semester, planned off-campus activities give you the chance to step out of your routine. From surfing and standup paddleboarding to hiking and ice skating, Southern California offers plenty to explore.
