In honor of MLK Week, we will watch and discuss "King in the Wilderness," the 2018 film documenting the final years of Dr. King's life. Together, let's journey through his part in the Voting Rights Act of 1965 to his tragic assassination in 1968, and dialogue about his legacy and all that we can learn from it and strive to practice today. Soka students, faculty, and staff welcome. Dinner provided from a local Black-owned business. Dinner included FREE with RSVP. Priority given on a first-come, first-served basis.
