Vibhu Walia, Class of 2022, Social & Behavioral Sciences, will present his research, "The Rise of the State and Untaxed Cash in Post-Emergency India". What role did India's declaration of a State of Emergency play in creating and strengthening an untaxed cash market in India? What have been the consequences to development and growth?
